Where can I go from your Spirit?
—Psalm 139:7
The hurricane-tracking graphic commonly seen on TV is cone-shaped.
The point of the cone—the hurricane’s present location—is out in the ocean. From that small point, the cone’s sides taper out and up until they define the possible area of landfall.
When we see that graphic, we look at the big picture—the many cities the storm may hit, the hundreds of homes it may destroy, the thousands of lives it may claim.
God narrows the focus. He sees each home and each person.
He sees you.
He knows your name and address. He knows when you’re facing a life storm and is at your door to help you through it.
God is concerned about you,
cares for you and comes to you.
