Be constant in prayer.
—Romans 12:12
Paul was big on intercessory prayer—both outgoing and incoming. It was a constant in his Paul-to-church letters.
He told the Romans that he was praying for them (1:9–10)—and he asked them to pray for him (15:30).
He told the Ephesians that he was praying for them (1:16–17)—and he asked them to pray for him (6:19–20).
He told the Colossians that he was praying for them (1:9)—and he asked them to pray for him (4:3–4).
He told the Thessalonians that he was praying for them (1 Thes 1:2; 2 Thes 1:11–12)—and he asked them to pray for him (1 Thes 5:25; 2 Thes 3:1).
Leaders, pray for your church. Church, pray for your leaders.
Be the deliverer of names
to the throne of God.
