You notice everything I do
and everywhere I go.
—Psalm 139:3
The annual Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas is the biggest, glitziest, and weirdest tech show in the world.
On display at CES this year was a smart refrigerator that will automatically order food items that need to be restocked; and a toilet with voice-activated flush—yours for only $7,000.
The profusion of tech gadgets is a mixed blessing. I like having a GPS that guides me to my destination. I’m not too keen on the possibility of snoops knowing my every move.
I’m glad God got here first: we’re on his radar as our protector. “You know all about me. . . . You notice everything I do and everywhere I go. . . . and with your powerful arm you protect me from every side” (Ps 139:1–5).
Wherever you go, God is already there.
