So whether you eat or drink or whatever
you do, do it all for the glory of God.
—1 Corinthians 10:31
You are what you eat. The body regenerates itself from inside out, not outside in.
What you pig out on affects your weight; also your hair, skin, teeth, and organs. If doctors and dieticians have it right, you pay a hefty (hmm) price for scarfing junk food.
You are what you eat. The things you ingest by what you read and watch mess with your mind; there is nutrition or poison there.
“Consider carefully what you hear” (Mk. 4:24).
Munch on the drivel of talking TV heads long enough and you’ll begin to believe it. Few are discerning enough to separate trash from treasure.
Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked,
nor stands in the way of sinners,
nor sits in the seat of scoffers (Ps. 1:1 ESV).
