“God always keeps his promises” (Nm 23:19 CEV). “There is no question that he will do what he says” (Heb 10:23 TLB).
Here’s a peek at a few of God’s promises.
Guidance: “Seek his will in all you do, and he will direct your paths” (Prv 3:6).
Assurance: “God has said, ‘I will never fail you. I will never forsake you” (Heb 13:5).
Forgiveness: “He forgives all my sins . . . As far as the east is from the west, so far does he remove our sins from us” (Ps 103:3, 12).
Peace: “My peace I give you . . . do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid” (Jn 14:27).
Victory: “What we suffer now is nothing compared to the glory he will give us later” (Rom 8:18).
If God promises it,
