—Proverbs 31:28
Cain was the first baby to be born. When Eve held him in her arms, she said, “With the help of the Lord I have brought forth a man” (Gn 4:1).

Raising a child is a daunting, exhausting job.
According to a 2019 survey of 2,000 mothers raising school-age children, moms spend an average of ninety-seven hours per week wearing parenting hats: cook, event-planner, nurse, tutor, counselor, chauffeur, referee—just to name a few.
For eighteen years, you have very little “me time.” But somehow, you pull off this impossible job. Bless you!
A mother is a walking—sleepless—miracle.
